How it works

Share your code
Your club gets its own code, usually a short form of the club's name. Pass it on to coaches from your league, tournaments or federation.
- 02The finish
The club gets started
The new club mentions your code in the contact form, by email or in the first call. The referral counts once it signs the contract and pays its first quarter.

Your bill goes down
At the end of each quarter we add up 20% of its payments and take that amount off your next bill. For 8 full quarters.

The example assumes the referred clubs pay on time and keep their plan. If a club starts mid-quarter, its partial first bill earns you credit too, as a bonus.

Half-price onboarding
A club that joins with your code pays €99.50 for onboarding instead of €199. Before deciding it also gets a demo club to try, with teams and data like its own.
The rules in short
- Every club that uses PhoebeSport and has no unpaid invoice can take part. There is no limit on referrals.
- A new club is one that has not used PhoebeSport and that we have not been in contact with in the last six months.
- A referral must be registered before our first contact with that club. If two clubs register the same club, the first registration counts.
- Only the subscription counts. The onboarding fee and other services are not included.
- Credit comes only from payments actually received and ends after 8 full quarters, or earlier if the club stops paying.
- A surplus of at least €50 is paid out through a sponsorship agreement: PhoebeSport becomes your club's sponsor. If you prefer, the surplus can stay as credit.
- The credit belongs to the club. A coach or parent can pass the referral on, but the reward goes to the club whose code was given.

Write to us with your club's name and you'll get your code and the full rules. Every quarterly bill comes with a report: which clubs paid and how much credit you have.
