Who processes the data

The data controller is One Stop Marketing, 4. jula 1/12, 23000 Zrenjanin, Serbia, which develops and provides the PhoebeSport service. For any question about your data, write to info@phoebesport.app.

Contact form data

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you entered: club name, sport, city, number of members, full name, role in the club, phone, email address, message and the pricing plan if you came from there.

With the enquiry we also record the visit source: campaign tags from the address (utm parameters, gclid, fbclid), the first page you opened and the site you came from. This is kept only in your browser for the duration of the visit and is sent only together with the enquiry.

We use this data to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and send an offer. The legal basis is your request prior to a possible contract. We keep enquiries while the conversation lasts and, if you don't become a customer, for no longer than 24 months after the last contact.

Cookies and visit measurement

Essential records work without consent: your choice in the cookie banner and the visit source for the current session. They stay in your browser and are not used for tracking.

Only if you click “Accept” are the following tools loaded:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) - visit statistics: which pages were opened, where visitors come from and whether an enquiry was sent.
• Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) - measuring how many enquiries came from ads and showing ads to previous visitors.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) - measuring Facebook and Instagram ads and showing ads to previous visitors.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Cookies already set can also be deleted in your browser settings.

Who receives the data

We do not sell data. We use service providers who process it on our behalf: Railway (website hosting), Resend (sending the enquiry email), Cloudflare (DNS and email forwarding) and, with your consent, Google and Meta. Some of them process data outside Serbia, in the EU and the US, with the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, as well as to withdraw consent. Send your request to info@phoebesport.app and we will reply within 30 days.

If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
